The Pipestream Management Team is comprised of industry professionals from a variety of backgrou nds and companies. Drawing on more than 125 years of combined experience, our leaders possess the knowledge, vision and expertise necessary to successfully execute our customers’ oil & gas pipeline projects.
President & Chief Executive Officer
Bruce Storm is a physicist with more than 14 years in the oil & gas industry. He holds a MBA from the University of Texas and a PhD in Physics from the University of Georgia. Bruce also has over 40 patents issued or under prosecution.
Since 2007, Bruce has served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Kenda Capital, manager for Shell Technology ventures Fund 1. In this role he is responsible for advising fund management on technical issues as well as providing technical and intellectual property support to the portfolio companies, as he continues to do for Pipestream®.
Prior to joining Kenda, he held a number of positions in the Research Division of Halliburton Energy Services over a 10 year period, including the latest as Senior Research Manager. In this role he managed the Strategic Research portfolio, authored reports related to technology and innovation, and acted as Principle Investigator on numerous technical projects.
Bruce currently serves as CTO, as well as, Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Pipestream. In these capacities, he not only maintains his guidance and expertise on Technical Operations, but Bruce also leads the initiative in the crucial transition from the R&D phase into operations and field delivery.
Bruce and his family currently reside in Houston, Texas.

David Mansfield is a certified accountant with international oil services company experience, and extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and financial analysis and control.
Prior to joining Pipestream® in May 2009, David spent more than 17 years with Bredero Shaw, where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President Strategic Planning, Vice President Controller and Commercial General Manager. In these capacities his responsibilities ranged from the development of growth strategies and long-term strategic and financial plans, to leading acquisition and merger activities.
During his tenure with Bredero Shaw, David worked in numerous countries in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and the Far East. Prior to Bredero Shaw, he spent six years with Calor Group plc in a number of financial and internal audit positions.
David is married with three children and currently resides in Houston, Texas.

Josh Croix is an industry professional specializing in P & L management, global expansions and new business development. With more than 17 years of experience, he also has extensive knowledge of product development, contract negotiations and turnaround initiatives.
Prior to joining Pipestream® in August 2010 as the Director of Business Development and Marketing, Josh held a variety of key positions during his 13-year-tenure with Bredero Shaw. Performing in roles ranging from Project Manager to Operations Manager to Managing Director, he provided leadership during periods of significant revenue growth in various domestic and international markets.
Josh earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and completed the Advanced Management Certificate Program at Rice University. He has been recognized for excellence in safety leadership, and was a recipient of the “Spotlight on Technology Award” at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) for development of a new deepwater subsea pipeline insulation product.
After living and working abroad for most of his career, Josh & his family now reside in The Woodlands, Texas.

Dr. David Miles is a pipeline engineer with more than 13 years experience in the oil & gas industry. Mainly involved with offshore pipeline design, he has previously worked with energy consultancies in Aberdeen, Scotland.
David is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology in the UK. He also completed a Ph. D at the University of Cambridge.
Currently the Technical Director of Pipestream®, David is responsible for providing technical direction for the developments of novel pipeline construction, repair and reinforcement methods. His duties include overseeing design methodologies, finite element analysis, full-scale testing and technology qualification programs.
David relocated from the UK in January 2010 and currently resides in Houston, Texas.
