Clark C. Smith

 

Michael Lennon

Clark C. Smith is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Buckeye GP LLC, and General Partner of Buckeye Partners, L.P. In addition, he serves on the Pipestream Board of Directors as Non-Executive Chairman.

Clark has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin, TX. He has been with Buckeye since 2007, first as a member of the Board from October 1, 2007 to February 17, 2009 and since then, as Buckeye's President and Chief Operating Officer, effective February 2012.

Prior to joining Buckeye, Clark served as Managing Director of Engage Investments, L.P., a private company established to provide consulting services to and make equity investments in energy-related businesses, from June 2004 to June 2007. As a result of a merger with The Coastal Corporation, Clark was President of El Paso Merchant Energy Group, a division of El Paso Corporation, from August 2000 until May 2003.

Erik Vollebregt

 

David Mansfield - Chief Financial Officer - Pipestream

Erik Vollebregt is the Managing Director of Kenda Capital, Fund Manager of Shell Technology Ventures Fund 1 and serves on the Pipestream Board of Directors. He holds degrees in both Law and Finance and worked for Royal Dutch Shell for 27 years in various staff, line and senior management positions in the upstream and downstream businesses of Shell.

In the late nineties, Erik was Commercial & Finance Director of Shell Companies in Nigeria and in charge of business development and growth agenda for Shell Nigeria. Other positions held include Shell Chief Internal Auditor, Manager/Negotiator of the disposal of global Billiton metals business and IPO of the Australian gold assets.

Erik took charge of Shell Technology Ventures in 2001, the predecessor to Shell Technology Ventures Fund 1 B.V., and eventually formed Kenda Capital, a management firm focused on accelerating the development and deployment of new technologies across the energy sector.

Josh Croix - Director, Business Development & Marketing - Pipestream

Michael T. Lennon is a professional CEO, with more than 25 years of diverse, senior-level management experience. As President & Chief Executive Officer at Pipestream, he brings a unique blend of operational, financial and strategic development skills that have enabled a strong track-record of successful leadership.

Prior to joining Pipestream, Michael co-founded and served as President & Chief Executive Officer at InfrastruX Group, Inc., a North American leader in natural gas and electric infrastructure maintenance and construction services. He led the company beginning with its inception and grew it to an organization with 5,000+ employees and more than $800 million in annual revenue.

Michael has served on the board of directors of public companies, has served on their audit and compensation committees, and has played major roles in guiding them through transformational transactions. He also holds a MBA from Babson College and a BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Jason Roe

Dr. David Miles - Director, Technical - Pipestream

Jason is a Vice President at Kenda Capital, Fund Manager of Shell Technology Ventures Fund 1 and serves on the board of Pipestream.  He is responsible for leading investments and divestments, including the general oversight and management of various portfolio companies.  He serves on the Board of several portfolio companies, and was one of the founding members of the Kenda Team upon the successful spin out of the Fund from Shell. 

Prior to Kenda Capital, Jason was with Shell, serving in various financial roles, including with Shell Technology Ventures, and Shell Chemical Co. as the Financial Representative for the Americas Master Plan of projects.

Jason holds a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and received executive education at both Wharton and Harvard Business Schools.

Jerry Fee

 

Bruce Storm

Jerry Fee is a registered professional engineer with more than 38 years in the oil & gas industry. He completed his BS in Civil Engineering at the U.S. Air Force Academy and earned his MBA from Southern Illinois University.

Jerry has a wide-range of expertise, from project management and operations to design and construction, and has held multiple high-level positions with companies such as Bechtel & KBR. Most recently, he served in an executive role for Universal Pegasus International, one of the largest pipeline engineering and services firms in the Western Hemisphere.

He currently serves as a member on the Pipestream Board of Directors.
